Shout-out to Caroline at Starbucks yesterday—she was genuinely kind, made smart drink suggestions without any pressure, and kept the whole line calm during a huge order. Just kept saying ‘thanks for waiting, we’re almost there’—felt seen, not rushed. Best service I’ve had in ages
I frequent 2 different Starbucks in the area. I was delighted when they built this one because it was less traffic to deal woth than getting to the other 2. I always place the same order Iced Tea Lemonade. I have gone to this establishment 4 times since they have opened and each time they were out of tea. At first, I chalked it up to a delivery situation. But, now I've cone to realise that someone in there is too lazy to make another batch of tea. I'll keep on going to the other 2 in the area where no matter the time of day, they have some made
